This movie was filmed all over Charleston, South Carolina including the College of Charleston Campus and Waterfront Park.

Ok, this movie is one of the movies made with the sole purpose of making you cry. We can’t talk too much about the plot because we don’t want to give it away. Every scene makes you feel something, sadness, happiness, joyfulness, loss, etc. Channing Tatum plays John, a man who believes above all else that our freedom needs to be defended by serving his country. Amanda Seyfried plays Savannah who is in love with John despite him being gone for years over seas.

 Issues arise with John’s father while he is away serving in the military and must come home. When he does he sees that his life has changed drastically and chooses to leave again rather than face his problems head on.
