MOORESVILLE — “Carl White’s Life in the Carolinas” received seven awards at the 74th Annual N.C. Society of Historians Awards Banquet held Oct. 17 at the Hilton Garden Inn. White’s Emmy-nominated television show documents the people, places and events that shape the culture, vibrant life and diversity of today’s Carolinas.

CHARLOTTE — An episode featuring the Salisburians Tom Isenhour and Clyde has won a Telly Award for Carl White’s “Life In The Carolinas,” a syndicated television series. The episode in which Isenhour and Clyde appeared was titled “The Collectors.” White’s show also won a Telly Award for an episode centered on Shelby’s hosting of the American Legion World Series.
